Boxing
Boxing is the sweet science. The name of the game is to hit and not get hit.
Kickboxing & Muay Thai
Kickboxing is a group of stand-up combat sports based on kicking and punching, historically developed from karate mixed with boxing.
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
The martial art based on grappling such as ground-fighting and submission holds. BJJ revolves around the concept of size doesn't matter by using leverage and weight distribution forcing the opponent to submit.
MMA
Members MUST have a minimum of 2 years training in TWO disciplines in order to take these classes.
Mixed martial arts (MMA) is a full-contact combat sport that allows striking and grappling, both standing and on the ground, using techniques from various combat sports and martial arts.
Wrestling
Wrestling is a combat sport involving grappling-type techniques such as clinch fighting, throws and takedowns, joint locks, pins and other grappling holds.
Fitness
Physical fitness is a state of health and well-being and, more specifically, the ability to perform aspects of sports, occupations and daily activities.
